Full Case Details:
Mrs. K had nasal and sinus issues and was interested in having subtle changes to her nose. In essence, she wanted a slightly more defined bridge, smaller nostrils, minimal profile reduction, and straightening. A closed rhinoplasty and septoplasty which included alar base reduction, right spreader graft, a cephalic trim and osteotomies was performed.
