Full Case Details:
Deviation correction, a dorsal hump and a droopy plunging tip were addressed with a Closed Tip and Profile Rhinoplasty. Of note is the undulating contours seen on 3/4 view, which is nicely smoothed out with spreader grafting and other nasal rebalancing maneuvers. Reduction of infratip is also critical for correction of smiling concerns. Results are shown at 14 months
