Full Case Details:
Nasal deviation and obstruction, as well as a small profile bump were concerns for Mrs. K. Variations, including a profile-plasty were discussed, but, based on imaging projections, a polish Rhinoplasty was the best choice. Septoplasty, bilateral spreader grafts (thicker on the left), bony narrowing, and a tip graft for supper (columellar strut) provided the subtle change she was seeking. Ultimately, very small physical changes can be extremely impactful for the overall aesthetic, as seen in this case.
