Full Case Details:
Tip and Profile Revision Rhinoplasty result in a thicker skinned patient. The patient had a previous Open Rhinoplasty, but using a closed approach for the revision, the nasal tip was deprojected, reconstructed and stabilized and the profile was rebalanced. During the course of her recovery, steroids (Kenalog) and 5-FU (Fluorouracil) were injected to reduce scar tissue and help contour her thicker skin. Thicker skinned patients will typically continue to contour well into their second year of recovery. Results are shown at 1 year.
