Full Case Details:
Ms S. had both functional breathing problems and concern for nasal appearance. She wanted profile straightening and narrowing of the front view. A closed septorhinoplasty including tip and profile work was performed. Suture tip refinement, cartilage trimming, and a columellar cartilage graft were done. Due to the thickness of her overlying skin, she was counseled about a longer time frame of healing. Significant narrowing occurred between 1 and 2 years after surgery.
