Case Details
Mrs. C. wanted straightening of her nose, shortening of her nose, as well as refinement and profile reduction. She also had breathing obstruction, which was causing significant discomfort. A closed septoplasty and Rhinoplasty was performed, using tip suture techniques including a cartilage split to reduce her infratip lobular fullness. Rim grafts, a right batten graft, and spreader grafts were also used to provide long term stability and airway support. The result, shown at 3 months is already a major change, so much so that she had a party for her new nose!
