Full Case Details:
A Profile Rhinoplasty was combined with a direct columellaplasty to improve the symmetry of the nostrils. A direct columellaplasty uses a verical incision at the base of the nose to access the columella, add grafts and sutures, to narrow the base of the nose. Vertical incisions in this location heal extremely well (see base view).
