Full Case Details:
Mrs. J had nasal breathing obstruction and was dissatisfied with her profile and slight nasal deviation. A closed septoplasty and profile Rhinoplasty was performed as well as minor sinus surgery. A right spreader graft was placed to help straighten and open up her right airway. Tip cartilage was reduced to narrow slightly and a structural supporting tip graft was placed (columellar strut) to help maintain tip height. The result is markedly improved breathing and external nasal symmetry as well as a nicely balanced profile.
