This case demonstrates the difference between size and definition. Definition is created by contrasts of light and dark and is independent of size. This patient had a size reduction for sure, but the increase in definition is much more significant than the reduction in size. This is the result of attention being paid to the sculptural aspect of the surgery after the sizing has been reformatted.
