Full Case Details:
A complex revision rhinoplasty was performed. Previous open rhinoplasty revised using a closed approach. Multiple areas of the tip and profile were reconstructed to repair collapse, deviation, and disporportion. Note significant improvement in symmetry and consistency of 3/4 angles. Result is seen at 3 years post op.
