Full Case Details:
Mrs. E. felt that her nose overall was too large but wanted her new nose to still balance with her facial structure. This was achieved with a closed septorhinoplasty using no grafts. Nostril narrowing was done with internal incisions only and nasal function was enhanced with a turbinate reduction.
