Full Case Details:
Closed Revision Rhinoplasty after previous Open Rhinoplasty. Once of the most common issues for revision Rhinoplasty is fullness of the infratip. The infratip is the area between the nostrils, which is below the high point of the tip. When full, it can make a nose appear droopy from the front, even when the tip itself doesn't look droopy from the side. Compression or flattening of the infratip is a common maneuver performed for both primary and revision Rhinoplasty patients.
