Revision Rhinoplasty, and Rhinoplasty
Full Case Details:
Mrs. L. came to the office for lip augmentation injections and, in the course of her appointment, revision rhinoplasty was discussed. She was not unhappy with her result, but felt that it did not look refined and had some asymmetries. A closed revision rhinoplasty was performed, using ear cartilage to re-build her nose. Structural grafting included bilateral spreader grafts, columellar strut, batten grafts, and alar tim grafts. Suture tip work helped to provide contour changes that would be stable over the long term and a supratip graft was also placed to give back some dorsal height, which was lost in the primary procedure.
