After a car accident, Mrs. S. developed a wider nose with bumps along the sides of the nasal bones. Breathing problems also resulted from a deviated septum. She requested functional and aesthetic correction involving profile reduction, smoothing of contours, and narrowing of the frontal view. A closed septorhinoplasty achieved these goals for her, enhancing her nose beyond the pre-injury appearance.
