Full Case Details:
Mrs. O had both functional breathing problems and concern for nasal appearance. Her main goals were to de-emphasize her profile, narrow her tip slightly, and smooth the sides of the nose in order to eliminate bumps. A closed Rhinosculpting technique with profile reduction, spreader grafting, tip deprojection, and minimal cartilage removal was performed. The end result is a resculpted version of her original nose that balances better with her baseline facial structures.
