Full Case Details:
Prominauris, or protruding ears is typically corrected with otoplasty surgery. Mrs. A had concerns for ear asymmetry and prominence, which prevented her from wearing her hair up without feeling self conscious. A different set of techniques was used for the right and left ear in order to provide better balance. The incisions, hidden behind the ear, are well camouflaged. She now wears her hair up all the time and is very happy with her surgical result.
