Full Case Details:
Lower Eyelid puffiness can be corrected without an internal incision. This is called a transconjunctival blepharoplasty. This patient had puffiness that could not be concealed with filler. She elected for a surgical correction, which took less than 90 minutes to do both her upper and lower eyelids.
Note: Most upper eyelid procedures are done under local anaesthesia in the office.
