Full Case Details:
Hereditary puffiness occurs in younger patients. Fat Transposition Blepharoplasty is the current state-of-the-art natural surgical lower eyelid rejuvenation. This approach allows for coordinated repair of lower eyelid bags and hollows below the eyes. The excess lower eyelid fat is essentially moved into the hollow, where it stays, and creates a nice smooth transition from the eye to the upper cheek. This is more representative of youth than older procedures where only bags were removed. Transposition procedures can be done through the skin or from an incision inside the eyelid (transconjunctival).
