Deep plane facelifting can be comined with other tightening modalities, such as facetite, which was done in the neck on this patient. Fat transfer to the eyes, cheeks, and marionette area was also done. The angle of the jawline was restored using the mastoid crevasse technique, adding additional dimension to the re-established jawline.
